Tips for getting your 8 glasses of water
Make it convenient -- keep a big insulated water
bottle full on your desk.
Make your water bottles fun and nice quality, you're

Make a bet with your family, friends or co-workers

can drink more water in a day.
Have a glass of water when you get up, when you
leave the house, when you get to work, etc.
